At RTG we pride ourselves in being the best sports performance facility. We use a comprehensive approach to training the whole athlete. We use a variety of training principles to help every single athlete that comes through our door hit their peak performance on and off the court/field. Our focus is primarily on collegiate athletes, high school athletes, and middle school athletes. All of our trainings focus on injury prevention, movement prep, strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, and mental toughness. Each program is modified for the individual athlete based on performance goals, in season versus off season needs, and sport specific considerations. Our athletes undergo a movement assessment prior to training which will identify strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances and address prior injury to customize each athletes program for success. RTG WAS ABLE TO TRANSFORM ME, AS WELL AS MY TEAMMATES INTO ATHLETES. WE BEGAN AS AVERAGE MIDDLE SCHOOLERS AND OVER SEVERAL YEARS, TURNED INTO ATHLETES WHO WOULD COMPETE AND EXCEL. THOSE WHO WORKED CLOSELY WITH COACH G WERE ABLE TO TAKE THEIR SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL INCLUDING MYSELF. WE WERE ABLE TO COMPETE WITH ATHLETES AT THE DIVISION THREE LEVEL ALL THE WAY UP TO DIVISION ONE.
